Process

How a Spring Hill crawl space job actually runs

No mystery steps. You get a look, a written scope using the same service names as the site, and work that matches that scope.

Call or form

Call (931) 263-0812 or use the estimate form. Tell us the city, subdivision if you know it, and whether you have standing water, a smell, or an inspector note.

On-site look

We get in the hatch, check soil, wood, vents, and drainage, and say what is vapor versus liquid water.

Scope

The proposal uses the GBP service names: encapsulation, moisture control, repair, insulation, vapor barrier, mold remediation. If you need two, it says two.

Work days

Clear access, protect the yard path we use, do the crawl work, and leave the hatch usable.

What you should see after

Covered soil, closed vents if we encapsulated, documented repairs, and humidity that can be measured — not a fog smell and a handshake.

Pricing factors we will name

FactorWhy it changes the job
Clearance and rockLow crawls and loose stone take labor.
Standing waterMust be resolved before a liner is a finished surface.
Repair vs. coverJoist work is not a roll of plastic.
Access pathFenced yards and finished landscaping change protection time.
HVAC in the crawlNeeds a dry pad and a discharge plan.

We do not publish fake starting prices for a house we have not seen.
